To get started, go to app.agoradata.com/signup

Fill out the requested information and click “Register.” As a part of our registration process, we verify emails, so your account will be locked until you receive a confirmation email (typically instantaneous). Once verified you will be ready to use Agora.

Connecting your dealer management system to agora

Connecting your dealer management system to Agora is important. Establishing an active API connection allows all of your dealer management system’s loan data to sync to Agora.

What is an API?

API stands for Application Programming Interface.

An API is a software intermediary that allows two applications to talk to each other. In other words, an API is the messenger that delivers your request to the provider that you’re requesting it from and then delivers the response back to you.

To explain how this works in a different way, imagine ordering food at a restaurant. The waiter is the link – or API – between the customer and the kitchen. The customer requests an order with the waiter who then gives that order to the chef who fulfills the order. When the meal is cooked, it is then delivered by the waiter from the chef back to the customer.

Step 1 : Retrieve Your API Key
To retrieve your API key, click on your username in the upper right portion of the application (app.agoradata.com) and select the ‘Account’ option. In the ‘Your Account’ section, you will find the API key for your account.

Launch DeskManager

Step 3 : Click on the Buy Here Pay Here Tab

Step 4 : Open the Agora Integration Module

Step 5 : Enter Your Agora Credentials
You will now need to enter your Agora credentials into the Username, Password, and API Key boxes. You can paste your copied API Key into the box.

Step 6 : Click ‘Authorize’
Once your authorization is complete, DeskManager will begin uploading your In-House deals to Agora in the background. Please note, that this update is triggered once a day automatically when you first launch DeskManager.

Step 1 : Retrieve Your API Key To retrieve your API key, click on your username in the upper right portion of the application (app.agoradata.com) and select the ‘Account’ option. In the ‘Your Account’ section, you will find the API key for your account.Agora API Step 2 : Login to DealerCenter Step 3 : Access Your Admin Section Step 4 : Open Your “BHPH” Dealer Settings Step 5 : Enter Your Agora Credentials In the “Partner Settings” you will enter your Agora credentials for Username, Password, and API Key. You can paste the copied API Key into the box. DealerCenter API Step 6 : Click “Enable Agora Feed” You will be prompted with a confirmation screen. Step 7 : Click “Yes” Depending upon the number of BHPH loans in your system, it may take a few minutes to complete the upload. Once your loans have all uploaded, you can view your loan data analytics by clicking on “My Loans” in your Agora account.

Step 1 : Log in to IDMS using your IDMS credentials

Step 2 : Click the “Marketplace” tab
It’s located on the left and looks like a puzzle piece. 

Step 3 : Select “Agora”

Step 4 : Click “Enable Service”

Step 5 : Click “Authorize”

Step 6 : Enter Your Agora Credentials
You will now need to enter your Agora credentials into the Username and Password boxes. 

Step 7 : Click “Save”
Your loan data, collection notes, and transaction histories will upload overnight to Agora. Once your loans have all uploaded, you will be able to view loan data in “My Loans” of your Agora account.

Step 2 : Launch the Frazer Program

Step 3 : Click on the “Customers” Drop-Down of Your Toolbar

Step 4 : Select “8 – Upload to Finance Company”
After clicking the button, a new screen will appear

Step 5 : Under the “Setup” Tab of “Finance Company Uploads,” Click on “Agora Data”
The “Agora Data Setup Screen” will appear

Step 6 : Click the Checkbox to the Left of “Enable File Creation”
Be sure the checkbox beside “Only Include Customers already selected in the Sales of Receivables program” (C-3-1) is NOT checked

Step 7 : Enter Your Agora Credentials
You will now need to enter your Agora credentials into the Username, Password, and API Key boxes. You can paste your copied API Key into the box.

Step 8 : Click ‘Save’
Once you have entered your Agora credentials, click Save,” and you will be prompted with a new dialogue box.

Step 9 : Click ‘Yes, Upload Now!’
The following prompt will state “You are about to upload customer account information to Agora data. Send Now?” Click Yes.” 
Dependent upon the number of BHPH loans in your system this may take a few minutes to complete the upload. Once your loans have all uploaded, a confirmation window will appear stating, “Upload Completed.”

Step 3 : Open “Wayne Reaves Partner Setups”

Step 4 : Select “Third Party Finance Companies

Step 5 : Click “Setup Agora 

Step 6 : Enter Your Agora Credentials
You will now need to enter your Agora credentials into the Username, Password, and API Key boxes. You can paste your copied API Key into the box.

How do I know if my API connection to my dms is successful?

To verify that your dealer management system is API connected to Agora, log into your Agora account and go to the “Loan Data” page. On this page you will be able to confirm that the connection is made.

An successful API connected account will look like this:
