How do I change my password?

After you have already created an account, you may need to change your password. To update or change your password click the “Settings” button then scroll down to the “Change Password” section. Type in your old password followed by your new password then click the “Save” button.

How do I update my primary contact info?

To update your primary contact info click the “Settings” button then enter new contact information into the “Your Account” section. Save your newly updated contact info by clicking the “Save” button.

To change which primary contact is displayed for third parties, such as when doing deals, click the down arrow by the “Primary Contact” box to the right in the “Contact Info” section. This will drop down to let you choose which email address you want to be displayed for third parties. Click the “Save” button in the “Contact Info” section to update your new primary contact.

How do I add additional users to my account?

To add additional users to your Agora account click the “Settings” button then click “Users.” In this section you are able to create a new user by clicking “Create User.” Choose which account access the new user will have by selecting one of the options listed – “User”, “Admin”, or “API Only.”

Add the new user’s email address, first name, and last name. Click “Save” and the new user will be created and emailed a password to access their account.
