Bill is an AVP of Capital Solutions at Agora Data, Inc., and has been proudly serving the BHPH community since 2003. Bill has been with Agora since June of 2017 and has been an integral part in building both the dealer and lender base. Prior to joining Agora, Bill was a top industry broker and President of Dealer Capital, LLC for roughly nine years. During this time, Bill developed fruitful relationships with hundreds of independent dealers and lenders nationwide while specializing in bulk portfolio acquisitions, strategic consulting and the facilitation of asset-based credit lines. Bill graduated from Northwood University with a BBA in Marketing Management.

Lou has more than 20 years of retail automotive sales experience. In that period of time he was a partner in a franchise dealer. Before joining Agora he was the Performance Manager for the largest GPS provider to independent dealers in the country. He also worked for the largest subprime lender that dealt with independent dealerships in the country for over 4 years. Lou graduated from Northwood University with a BBA in Marketing and Management.

Ken Gurtner
Ken is an Industry Sales executive with over 15 years buying experience working with some of the largest companies in the account acquisitions in the BHPH/subprime auto lending space. Ken has been involved in developing a number of different capital products in the deep subprime auto financing segment. Ken was involved in setting up a three different companies with a purchase platform that included setting up marketing, underwriting, pricing and diligence on the loans docs. Ken has built, trained and managed a sales team of eight sales reps.
